About the Event
The Unite Pop-Up Market is open and wanting YOU! Calling all vendors in Tucson and the surrounding areas in Arizona. This will be a great time and event. As vendor spots are limited, jump on this opportunity ASAP!
This is the time for you to show your stuff!
We welcome you to join "Unite Pop-Up Market" as a vendor. Boss Women Unite provides a platform for women in business, entrepreneurs, women with a business idea and want to try it out, to showcase your products to the community with unity, respect and support from other like minded women. This vendor availability will fill up fast, There's already pre-registration going on! This Market is open to ALL!
This will be an outdoor event, located at the Park Place Mall- 5870 E. Broadway Boulevard, Tucson, AZ 85711. We are taking over the Parking Lot!
Safety guidelines will be upheld, masks are required at all times during this Pop Up Market. We are looking for a variety of vendors, from artisans, crafters, home based businesses, Food Trucks, produce vendors and more.

As a collective community we require that you follow our values and mission:

*Have business cards or brochures advertising your business.
*Share events on your social media or with friends and family as soon as you register. ( This is required to remain as a vendor. When posting on social media tag Boss Women Unite)
** This event will only be as good as you want it to be by sharing the information. It is the responsibility of all participants in a collaborative effort to co-labor and share this event. Vendor Fee- Please submit vendor fee at the time of registration. Vendor Fee is $80 (Your spot will not be reserved until payment is made) Once payment is made you will receive a placement map. This fee includes your convenience Insurance to cover the Market space in full including your business. ** If you are a food truck, it covers you as well however you do need to have your food truck insurance license on you and will need to verify with us that you do have it).
** The mall is the perfect place to set up due to the ongoing mall traffic that already exists there. They recently have had vendor markets and have reported that the response from the mall shoppers and mall employees have been tremendous. So this is an opportunity for you to jump on board!
Set up will be at 9:45 AM, Please be on time. If you are late you will not be allowed to set up, as it is disrespectful and inconsiderate of the hosts, event and other vendors time. It also reflects your business. You are there to provide exceptional service to your community as well. There will also be no refunds.
- There will be a DJ to provide music, possible activities for the kids and lots of fun.
- Tents are required! You will need to provide your own tent, in addition to seating. If you need a tent, we have 2 extra that you can rent for $50. You will have at least a 10X10 parking space. You are permitted to bring displays, stands and lighting. You are encouraged to use creativity with your displays (It's your opportunity to SHOW OUT).
- There are no outlets available for electronic equipment. So if you need electricity, look into renting a generator available at Home Depot- Honda 2000w Inverter Generator. You can rent for 4 hours-$36, 1 full day $52. It says on the website that it’s lightweight, fuel efficient runs 9.6 hours on 1 gallon of gas. You will also need to bring your own extension cords and power strips electricity if need be.
- Break down is not permitted for your booth until 3:45 PM. There are no refunds or cancellations.
WE Are Inclusive!
We welcome crafters, handmade items, artisans, creatives, home based businesses, small business, business ideas, start up businesses and seasoned businesses to participate in this event. One table per business permitted, tables may not be shared. One business per business. (For example: One Paparazzi, Scentsy, DoTerra rep etc...... You catch my drift). If you sell the same things (example: You’re a baker and sell pastries, and so does another vendor) but you are not a part of the same company, It is permitted. We will not permit the same company at the event.
We are inclusive and provide all Boss Women/Vendors the opportunity to be active players in the economy. At the end of the day, we are all doing what we can to support ourselves and those that we love while enjoying what we do. With Boss Women Unite there's a seat waiting for you!
RSVP down below with your information and make payment. Other acceptable payment forms are Venmo(@Tiffany-Nakatani) or Zelle (Boss Women Unite/626-771-8070) Your spot will not be held unless payment is made. Please be sure to list the name of your business and what it is that you will be offering. Any additional equipment needed will be up to you as a vendor to provide other than what has been listed. Be sure to provide those details as well. If you do not have a tent (Please contact Administrative Coordinator at BHines@bosswomenunite.org for alternatives and approval) Once you have signed up you will receive a welcome letter with full details and information about this event as a vendor.

*Food vendors it is recommended to serve food to go/take out options only
